Here is one of the butterfly monogram notebooks I made. I used the Big Shot and the Beautiful Butterfly Die to cut out the chipboard pieces (recycled cereal boxes), designer paper, and note paper. I glued the paper on to the chipboard with a glue stick. Next I sponged the edges with Soft Suede ink, and stamped the letter from Lovely Letters stamp set with Soft Suede ink. I then punched out the letter with the 1 1/4" Circle punch, and matted it with a 1 3/8" Circle. I used a slip ring to hold everything together and the holes were punched with the crop a dile. A piece of ribbon finishes them off. A fun little gift to give some one.
